The Initial Greeting

It is important to remember the interviewer’s name. Repeating their name immediately after they introduce themselves will aid you in remembering it. People subconsciously love the the sound of their own name. Many salesman use this approach because it works. Do not overkill the use their name as two or three uses are sufficient. Say their name at the initial greeting, once mid-way through, and one last time at the conclusion of the interview.

A firm handshake exudes confidence and ableness. The “dead fish” handshake can destroy an interview before it even begins.
